Cool Down Canons (Richard Filz) German Version

Cool Down-Kanons is a collection of varied body percussion canons designed to help 8- to 88-year-olds unwind, let go, and relax after a period of intense concentration, so they can feel refreshed and ready to go again. This relaxing effect is enhanced by performing the canons to Pachelbel’s famous “Canon in D” and Richard Filz’s “Cool Groove.”

From “easy” to “very cool”! The canons are divided into four categories:
1. Easy Starter Canons: These simple canons provide quick first successes and are ideal for getting started.
2. Very Cool Canons: These slightly more challenging canons offer an exciting challenge for more advanced players.
3. Move Canons: With sideways steps and turns, these canons add more movement and energy to your group.
4. One Two Canons: These canons combine playing in a circle with the characteristics of a two-part canon, creating particularly impressive choreographies.

Within each category, the level of difficulty increases gradually, making it easy to adapt the canons to your group’s abilities. The 33 included video clips support you in choosing and learning the canons, with each video showing the complete performance and serving as a practical guide.
